Abstract: 本稿は、中国における高大接続プログラムのChineseAdvancedPlacement(以下、CAPプログラム)を事例として取り上げ、CAP教員研修の効果と課題を検証することを目的とする。具体的にはCAP教員研修制度に対する全体評価と、高大接続を担う教員に求められる資質能力の項目別評価の1つずつの効果、さらに学校現場におけるほかの一般科目への影響について、CAP教員研修の参加教員、CAP実施校の管理職、CAP授業を履修する生徒の3者に対する質問紙をもとに探ってみる。分析した結果、CAPプログラムを十分に展開・実施するためには、教員研修の内容を充実させつつ、政策設計者、管理職、教員の3者の意思疎通、さらに生徒との意見交換を十分図ることが必要であると考えられる。加えて、教員研修だけではなく、学校現場を取り巻く環境に原因が存在するため、研修以外の問題点を改善することも喫緊の課題であるといえよう。今後、教員研修以外の要素に対する改善を図らなければならない。This paper will focus on Chinese Advanced Placement (CAP) Upper Secondary Schools and Universities, to verify the effects and issues of CAP teacher training. Specifically, this study involved overall evaluation of the CAP teacher training, effects of itemized evaluation of quality capability required for CAP teachers, and the effect of the addition to general subjects in school. A questionnaire survey was performed among teachers participating in CAP teacher training, managers of schools implementing CAP, and students taking CAP classes. The analysis indicated that to fully develop and implement the CAP program, while enriching the content of teacher training, mutual understanding is required among promotion policy designers, managers, and teachers. Further, frequent exchange of views with students is considered to be of great importance. In addition, not only CAP teacher training, it can be assumed that the cause is present in the environment surrounding the school. And therefore it is also necessary to improve issues over than CAP teacher training. In future, we must take other elements into consideration rather than emphasizing teacher training alone.
