抄録: | Bullying is still one of the major educational problems in Japan. So, cooperation both inside and outside the school is important as a "team school" to solve the problems with experts such as counselors, parents and people in the local community, etc. On the other hand, it is not only Japan that "bullying" has become a big problem in education. "Bullying" is also a big social issue in India. This paper clarified the current situation of "bullying" problems and its measures in India, focusing on collaboration both inside and outside the school. Many children have been suffering from "bullying" as the results shown in each survey and it turned out that the problem was serious in India. As far as reading Central Board of Secondary Education's (CBSE) notice, CBSE calls for the affiliated schools to work with counselors and parents against "bullying." And CBSE seeks the establishment of "anti-bullying committee" including teachers, counselors and parents etc. at the affiliated schools since 2015, and they are trying to prevent and detect "bullying" by collaborating with each other. |
