<研究ノート>朝鮮初期金属文化に関する新資料の紹介と考察

Abstract

私は、一九六三年秋、戦後初めて韓国を訪問し、新出の考古学資料を見てきた。概要を帰国直後の史学研究会十二月例会で報告した。そのうち、初期金属文化に関する話題の中から興味深いものを選んでまとめたのが本小篇である。永同楡田里支石墓から特殊な出かたをした磨製石剣・石鏃・石斧。金海茂溪漢里支石墓から銅利器の破片と一緒に出た極端に形式化の磨製石剣。扶余蓮里の石室内に共存した銅剣、細文鏡破片及び飾玉。全南霊岩出土と伝える剣・戈・鑿・斧・鉤の鎔笵群。これらの注目すべき資料をここに紹介する。

The writer, a spocialist in Korean Archaeology, visited Korea for the first time in eighteen years in the autumn of 1963, and inspected museum collections and excavation sites. In the present article, he mentions various archaeological materials of particular interest which have come to light there in recent years. They include the following : (1) Stone daggers, arrow-heads and a celt which were sandwiched in between the stone layers of an unusual dolmen-like structure at Yujonri, Yongtong, Chungchong-puk-do. (2) A stone dagger with an elaborate hilt and stone arrowheads which were discovered with bronze implements at a site in Kimhae, Kyongsang-nam-do. (3) Four bronze daggers, a bronze mirror with a decorative pattern composed of juxtaposed triangles containing parallel lines, and a magatama-like bead which were found in a cist grave hollowed out of rock located at Puyo, Chung-chong-nam-do. (4) A group of two-part moulds used for casting bronze implements such as daggers, halberds, chisels, hooks and axes which were discovered at Youngam, Cholla-nam-do.
