大阪駅周辺梅田地区におけるエリアマネジメントの生み出す価値の評価について：CVMによる計測の試み

Abstract

近年、エリアマネジメントの重要性が強調され、様々なエリアで実施されるようになって来た。エリアマネジメントがより大きな社会的な認知を受け、必用な活動予算を獲得できるようにするためには、それがいくらの価値を生み出しているかを金額で評価することが重要である。本報告は、大阪の梅田地区のエリアマネジメントがいくらの価値を生み出しているかをCVMを用いて計測するものである。エリアマネジメント活動全体で約14.7億円の利用価値、そのうち4.4億円がイベント活動により生み出されていると推計された。この金額は他の方法で計測したものとかなり近い金額となった。

Recently, the importance of area management has been emphasized, and its practice has been widespread in various areas. In order for the area management to garner more social recognition and to secure necessary funds, it is important to visualize how much value it is generating in money terms. This report evaluates how much value the area management activities in Umeda area in Osaka are generating by using the contingent valuation method. It amounts to about 1, 470 million Yen by the activities as a hole, within which about 440 million Yen generated from the event activities are included. These figures are rather close to the ones which are estimated by other methods.
