<研究報告>関西文化学術研究都市におけるCOC地方創生事業の取組み(3) --これから何をなすべきか--

Abstract

Investigations of lay attitude or citizens’ attitude towards their participation in the construction of Kansai Science Park were made as part of the COC project. Based on the result of repeated questionnaire survey, the following conclusions were led, i.e. (1) to join International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP), (2) to promote educational reform in accordance with the OECD recommendation, (3) to form big research projects, (4) to set the goal of heritage to be left for the next generation, (5) to promote the construction of appropriate transport system, (6) to create a collaborative system among the 9 universities located, (7) to lead the way in a society without Sontaku and social customs of making alibi, (8) to promote the technological development for a carbon free society and (9) to further promote the utilization of the core facility “Keihanna Plaza” in the best way possible.
