抄録: Japan has recently adopted a performance-based approach to its educational policy, and the achievement level of educational programs are evaluated by using quantitative numerical targets. However, educational outcomes are not limited to quantification. This article thus aims to clarify educational outcomes that are difficult to grasp numerically. For this purpose, it used qualitative analysis methods for the Super Global High School (SGH) project from multiple perspectives, considering the process. By conducting an interview survey of 39 students from two SGH-project-designated schools, the author examined how the students perceive the SGH educational program, what they feel and what they learn, and what impact they consequently perceive. The interview analysis led to the following four findings: (1) Students consider themselves in a fulfilling learning environment for their high school and SGH educational activities. (2) By experiencing activities in such a fulfilling environment, students have become interested in various things. (3) Through the SGH's educational program, students feel their own growth in various aspects and recognize that they have acquired the three elements of academic ability: knowledge and skills, thinking ability, and the ability to expressive themselves. (4) Furthermore, students realize that their learning experience had an effect to their present and the future.
