Abstract: Tomiyasu et al. report a possible case of maculopapular eruption associated with G/P treatment. Based upon the clinical course and histological analysis, the present case may be mediated by allergic mechanism. Since G/P treatment is widely used because of its efficacy and safety, clinical dermatologists should be aware that G/P may cause cutaneous drug eruption mediated by allergic responses.
