ロシアにおける新型コロナ感染症下でのソーシャル・キャピタルに関する調査研究

Abstract

本調査研究は、ロシアにおけるソーシャル・キャピタルのあり方を解明するために、2022年2月〜3月にかけて実施されたアンケート調査を取りまとめたものである。人びとのネットワーク、社会的信頼、市民参加に加え、新型コロナ感染症による影響や政策への評価、また調査実施時に勃発したロシア・ウクライナ間の軍事紛争に対する考え方についても尋ねている。調査はロシア側研究者の協力の下、ロシア全土の1700 名に対して電話インタビューの形で行われた。ロシアにおいては一般的な信頼が低い一方で、家族・親族間の結びつき、信頼は極めて強く、コロナ禍においてもそのネットワークを介した助け合いが機能した。また、制度的信頼の中で大統領への信頼が突出して高いことが、現在のロシア政府の政策への支持にもつながっている。

This paper summarizes the survey results on social capital in Russia conducted from February to March 2022 via computer-assisted telephone interviewing by a Russian research agency. The total number of respondents is 1, 700 people covering all major federal districts of Russia. The survey focuses on people's social networks, social trust, civic participation, the impact of COVID-19, and perceptions of Russian citizens towards the Russia-Ukraine military conflict and other social and economic policy issues. The survey results demonstrate that while general trust in Russia remains low, particularized trust such as trust in family and kinship networks is extremely strong. Thus, mutual assistance through family ties and close relatives has functioned positively during the pandemic. In addition, trust in the president is particularly high among trust in other institutions, leading to a high level of support for the current policies of Russia's government.
