WE 協同企業体の構想 --モンドラゴンから WE ターンへ--

Abstract

To reduce wealth disparity and resource consumption, and to improve wellbeing and natural environment, an alternative to the capitalist economy is needed. This study takes up the Mondragon Cooperative Corporations based on the founding philosophy of Priest Arizmendiarrieta as a practical example, and presents a new vision for WE Cooperative Corporations and their management platform based on the We-turn philosophy of the philosopher Deguchi. WE Cooperative Corporations is a hollow network organization with financial, industrial, research/educational divisions that promotes social-environmental-economic innovation toward a multilayered society of values.
