| ๆ้ฒ: | A 44-year-old male Japanese was admitted for further post-remission treatments for acute myeloid leukemia. He developed a right orbital abscess. An isolate of ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ฐ๐ด๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ข ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ญ๐ช๐ง๐ช๐ค๐ข๐ฏ๐ด was obtained from the lesion, and orbital biopsy also revealed the presence of ๐๐ด๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ณ๐จ๐ช๐ญ๐ญ๐ถ๐ด ๐ง๐ถ๐ฎ๐ช๐จ๐ข๐ต๐ถ๐ด. This fatal case involved a concurrent dual fungal infection. |
