dc.description.abstractThis report reviews various studies on the Landscape Montage Technique (LMT), from 2 viewpoints, "referring to process of drawing" and "referring to the change in multiple drawings". The literature for this argument was divided into clinical and non-clinical studies. In addition, classification with reading strategy was utilized to determine whether "structural reading" was applied or not. From this review, two tendencies within the studies are highlighted: (1) prior to 1996, studies treating the drawing process had been conducted as clinical studies, and after 1996, as non-clinical studies; (2) there are successive clinical studies treating change in multiple drawings, however, non-clinical studies of this type are very few. Future problems in research of LMT are development of both the "process of drawing" and "change in multiple drawings" in clinical and non-clinical studies and further in clinical studies, to restart the studies on the "process of drawing".en
