運動図形への心的状態の帰属と共感の関係について

Abstract

When motions of geometrical figures are shown to participants, it is known from Heider & Simmel (1944). and Michotte (1963)., that high-level perception, such as causality or animacy, arose. In previous studies, individual differences of mental attribution were not investigated sufficiently. I hypothesized that personality of participants influenced this difference, and examined relationships between mental attribution to the moving figure on the computer screen and empathy scales, IRI-J and EQ. Though these task and scales were not so highly reliable, the sum of mental item ratings in the contingent motion condition had a weak correlation with that of the IRI-J scale. Therefore, I expect the research in this line will be refined further with considering the creation of the model about mental attribution process.
