| 抄録: | An operation for osteoarthritis of the elbow followed by ulnar palsy is described. The combination of Outerbridge-Kashiwagi's and modified King-Morgan's methods was performed to improve the range of motion (ROM) of the elbow and restore fine movement of the fingers. Of the three cases treated to date, satisfactory results in ROM of the elbow, grip strength and electrophysiological analyses of the ulnar nerve were obtained. Postoperatively, the patients showed improvement in activities of daily living such as hygiene, eating and dressing activities. |
