dc.description.abstract | Food taken by the Japanese people and their pattern of diet have been undergoing rapid changes at present in what is called an age of mulnutrition in dietary satiation. As a result, the pattern of diet has been drawing attention as a factor for various health probrems. The pattern of diet starts to be formed in the childhood. It is involbed in the sense of value and ways of life of individuals, and links with general aspects of our living. It is important for us to think about the meanig of diet to humans, to examine the relations between diet and health, and to reconsider dietaryhabits all over again. | en |
