ハンガリーの農業改革と生産低迷

Abstract

To analyze the mechanisms of Hungarian agricultural production Decline since 1989, we first surveyed the collectivization, economic reforms and production changes of Hungarian agriculture in the socialist economy period, then investigated the agricultural privatization, land reform and farm restructuring and other environment changes surrounding agriculture, such as government support, domestic demand and foreign trade of Agricultural products after the economic transformation. It is clear form our analysis that, Hungarian collective agriculture was relatively succeeded in both production growth and income improvement of farmer within the socialist countries, but this succession was based on a huge government's support. When the government can't burden the growing agricultural support no longer, the agricultural production begin to decline. This is why Hungarian agriculture must to take on some reforms in land ownership and other farm structure. However, Hungarian agricultural transformation was going on too fast and forced, so that many confusions of ownership and management in farm organization were brought out. This confusions and the large deterioration of agricultural trade terms have made the farm input and the agricultural production declined very fast.
