抄録: | In this study we consider the importance of the relation of the agricultural production process in the local area and the network among related independent industries. We re-examine the known concept of agricultural production and processing businesses from the viewpoint of the agricultural-industrial cluster, focusing on production industries in the local area. Following this new idea and the "Tourisme et Terroirs" concept, we discuss a new business model derived from socalled "small world phenomena" based on new network theory. We evaluate usage of new phenomena derived in conjunction with it. Finally we discuss the methodology for establishing name brand products from the local area based on this new business model. Our goal is to find what has been hidden in this field of research and propose a direction that we should take. |
