風洞水槽を利用した不規則波の発生装置(海岸波浪シミュレーター)とその2,3の特性について

Abstract

There are some types of random wave generator to reproduce random waves simulatingshallow water ocean waves. A random wave generator using a recirculating wind wave tankcalled shallow water ocean wave simulator was established. This consists of a doughnut shapedwind wave tank, a blower, a wave direction controller and an experimental straight tank. Somecharacters of the apparatus are descibed by the use of the results of spectral characteristics ofgenerated waves and wave characteristics obtained by the significant wave method. It was foundthat this appratus is well available to reproduce random waves in conducting experimental in-vestigations in coastal engineering.
