副睾丸摘出術に關する一考案(睾丸部分切除術)

Abstract

著者等は副睾丸結核にて睾丸との癒着強度なるもの或は之に睾丸の限局性罹患を伴える場合に副睾丸摘出術に睾丸部分切除術なる新術式を併用する事によつて, 在来の副睾丸摘出術よりも安全且つ迅速に病変部を取除き, しかも睾丸の大部分を保存し得る纂を述べた.

In case of tuberculous epididymitis, when adhesion with the testicle is very firm or when we find a limited affected part in testicle, we adopt the new method using the epididymectomy and partial orchiectomy at the same time. By this new operation we can remove the affected part more rapidly and safely than when we use the ordinary epididymectomy, and yet can preserve the most part of testicle. In this paper we report 4 cases operated by this new method successfully.
