| 抄録: | Pulmonary embolism is a rarely recognized u r o logical complication, nevertheless postoperative embolism is of special interest. Moreover, the pulmonary embolism may occur after some urological examination. We report five these case s in details. Case 1. 48 years old female. Po s toperative thromboembolism after resection of urethral prolapsus. Dead. Case 2 an d 3. 70 and 62 years old respectively. Postoperative pulmonary thromboembolism after retropubic prostatectomy. Both cases dead. Case 4. 17 years old male. Pulmonary air (oxigen) embolism caused by retroperitoneal air insufflation. Cured. Case 5. 38 ye a r s old male. Pulmonary embolism caused by shunting of jelly contrast media for urethrography in to blood stream. Cured. |
