女子尿道撮影法

Abstract

A syringe with a irrigating cone tip and a specia l Foley catheter originated by Davis and Cian have been employed for urethrography in 21 females. Three urethral diverticuli, urethral infiltration and stricture of the patients with tumor in the bladder or urethra, abnormal elevation of the neck of the bladder of the patients with urinary incontinence have been discovered. The above mentioned Foley Catheter compresses both the neck of the bladder and the urethral orifice by two balloons and the catheter is recommended to detect the urethral diverticulum. Umbradil Viscous U and Endograf in are the best as it's contrast media.
