| 抄録: | A 34-year-old male was admitted with a persistent uret h ro-rectal fistula on whom we performed radical method of closing the fistula we newly devised with satisfactory result. Good result was obtained in our method by elongating the distance between the fi s tulous openings on the urethra and the rectum. This is, namely, a combinatio n of Young-Stone's radical operation and invation operation on the urethra, and could be called a counterpull-through operation. |
