尿管異常開口例

Abstract

Five cases of ectopic ureteral orifice were exper i e nced. Case 1 : 17 year-old female. She had left co mplete ureteral reduplication. The ureter from left upper renal segment opened ectopically into the vestibule of the vagina . The case belonged to the type 3 of Thom's classification. Case 2 : 9 year-old girl. She had righ t complete ureteral reduplication. The ureter from right upper renal segment opened into the vestibule of the vagina . The case also belonged to the type 3. Case 3 : 5 year-old girl. She had left hypoplastic kidney. The ureter arising from left kidney opened into the vagina. The case belonged to the type 1. Case 4 : 5 year-old girl and not treated but a diagnoses was m ade by means of cystoscopy and intravenous pyelography and was found to belong to the type 1 Case 5 : 2 year-old girl, diagnosed by cystoscopy and intravenous pyelography. She was treated with uretero-vesico neostomy and the case belonged to the type 1.
