不完全重複腎盂尿管に合併した小児巨大水腎症の1例

Abstract

A case of giant hydronephrosis with incomplete reduplication of the left ureter and pelvis in 2 years old female was presented. The patient visited our clinic with a complaint of huge abdominal mass, and its diagnosis was established by the roentgenological examinations. She was successfully treated by nephrectomy, and its lower pelvic content was about 1600 ml. The literatures were briefly reviewed, and correlation of the neuromuscular dysfunction and negative nerve cell stain at the U-P junction by Suzuki's method in this case was discussed.
