| 抄録: | A 56-year-old housewife was seen with flank pain on the right side. On IVP the right kidney was non-visualizing. Retrograde ureteropyelogram demonstrated the obstruction of the mid ureter on that side. Nephroureterectomy was performed. The kidney removed showed renal cell carcinoma (Grawitz) with metastasis to the ureter 10 cm distally from the ureteropelvic junction. |
