| 抄録: | This case was an 81-year-old man with intraperitoneal rupture of the urinary bladder which occurred in association with trasitional cell carcinoma. Rupture was small as 0.1 cm in diameter and penetration through the dome of the bladder into the intraperitoneal cavity was confirmed by emergency surgery. Partial cystectomy was performed. Two cases of spontaneous rupture caused by bladder cancer could be found in the literature in Japan and one of ours was added to them. |
