| 抄録: | A 25-year-old postpartum woman was found to have non-functioning infected hydronephrosis on the left side. On nephrectomy, a large mass was present, which was adherent to the lower pole of the kidney, ureter and the peritoneum. Approximately 50 grams of the mass was respected. Pathohistological diagnosis was made as retroperitoneal xanthogranuloma first reported by Oberling in 1935. A brief discussion was added on this rare entity. |
