東アジア諸国・地域における大学入学者選抜改革に関する考察 --高校教育段階での学習・活動成果の活用を中心に--

Abstract

本稿では東アジア諸国において、入学者選抜で多様な指標がどのように取り入れられてきているのかについて最近の改革動向に着目して比較的に検討し、特に高校段階での学習や活動の成果の利用にどのような特徴があるのかを明らかにすることを目的とした。検討の対象は韓国、台湾、中国であり、各国の大学入学者選抜制度の変遷と近年の改革動向を整理して比較考察を行った。その結果、近年の改革の方向性として、韓国や台湾では学力筆記試験以外の多様な指標を用いた選抜の拡大が見られ、韓国や中国では全国統一型の学力筆記試験の成績を主として用いる選抜を維持しつつ高校での学習や活動の成果に関する指標を組み合わせる改革が進められていること、高校での学習や活動の成果に関する指標が広く用いられる基盤として、どの国でも在学時にそれらを蓄積する仕組みの構築が、高校教育課程の見直しや高校教育の評価と結びついて進められていることが明らかになった。

This article clarifies the characteristics of the use of various scores and materials in university admissions in South Korea, Taiwan, and China, especially the use of materials for evaluating the performance of learning and activities in high school, focusing on the recent trends of reforms. This paper first describes the shift of the university admission system and recent trends of reforms in South Korea, Taiwan, and China, and then discusses commonalities and differences between the directions of the recent reforms. The results showed that, in South Korea and Taiwan, the selection route of entrants using various materials other than the scores of written examinations is expanding. In South Korea and China, combining the scores of national written examinations and the materials concerning the performance of learning and activities in high school is encouraged. Finally, as a foundation for evaluating performance in high school, South Korea, Taiwan, and China have online systems for storing materials concerning the performance of learning and activities during high school, associated with the reform of the national curriculum and evaluation in high school.
