| 抄録: | In 323 autopsied cases of primary lung cancer, the accuracy of the initial diagnosis was assessed by comparing the diagnosis made by cytology and/or biopsy with that finally determined by autopsy. The accurate rates were 76.8% in all histological types, 77.8% in squamous cell carcinoma, 74.2% in adenocarcinoma, 89.6% in small cell carcinoma, and 66.7% in large cell carcinoma. Most of the cases, which were diagnosed by cytology and/or biopsy as large cell carcinoma, were diagnosed adenocarcinoma at autopsy. |
