H形断面柱の座屈耐力に関する実験的研究

Abstract

鋼構造部材には, 製造工程で受ける熱サイクル, 強制変形等による塑性変形にともなって残留応力が存在している。特に溶接によって組み立てられる部材には, 圧延鋼材に比べてより大きい応力が内在していると考えられる。残留応力の大きさ, 分布形は断面形, 製造方法, 材質等により異なる。本研究では, H形断面材を種々の製造方法で作製し, 残留応力の測定, 短柱圧縮実験, 中心圧縮実験, 強軸上の偏心圧縮実験を行ない, 残留応力の分布形, 大きさ及び溶接による熱応力に伴って, 部材の座屈耐力がどのように変化するかを検討する。

This report presents the experimental investigation on the buckling strength of wide flangesections with and without residual stresses due to flame cutting and welding.The buckling tests are performed for the columns under central and eccentric loading on thestrong axis of the cross-section. Measurement of the residual stress distribution and stub-cloumntests are also conducted.The magnitude of the residual stress measured by the layer removal method is rather small;its distribution reasonably corresponds to the hysterisis of heating. The buckling test result showsthat the strength of the member, which was constructed by flame cutting and welding, is a littleweaker than that of the annealed member.
