| 抄録: | We developed a smart system which monitors purity and volume of helium gas at all gas recovery stations over Yoshida campus. Live data from recovery stations are acquired via campus LAN and those are shown on web so that all helium users can see them on their lab PC screens. This system is useful in maintaining the recovery lines. We believe that it will work to reduce unnecessary losses of helium gas and improve the recycle efficiency. |
