A space-time finite-element (FE) method is developed for the eddy-current analysis that enables temporally variant spatial FEs arising in the analysis of moving conductors. We discuss the relation between the coordinate transformations and the space-time FE in treating the moving conductors. The space-time triangular-prism and parallelepiped FEs are found to successfully represent the eddy-current field with a moving conductor in the space-time.en
