経股動張性骨盤動脈撮影法に就て

Abstract

我々は股動脈に造影剤を直接注入して骨盤動脈を撮影する方法を老案し, 満足すべき結果を得た.本法に逆行性尿管撮影法を併用する事によつて, 尿管結石部位と腸骨動脈との位置的関係を明示し得た, 本法による副作用は経験しなかつた.本論文の要旨は1954年10月3日金沢大学に於け.る日本泌尿器科学会第5回中部地方連合会にて発表一した.

A new method of visualizing the pelvic arteries by injecting opaque medium directly into the femoral arteries was reported in this paper. It is capable of clearly visualizing the ramifications of the internal and external iliac arteries. By using retrograde ureterography at the same time with the abovementioned method, we could get a dear manifestation' of the positional relation between the location of a ureteral calculus and the iliac arteries. No reaction by this method has ever experienced. We thank Prof. Inada for his invaluable assistance in guiding us in the completion of this work.
