| 抄録: | We have treated, during the past six years, thirty patients with chyluria, which comprise 1.04 % of the total patients. Females outnumbered males, 19 to 11, and usually in persons between 61 to 70 years of age. Chyluria is prevalent in areas facing sea and districts along Yoshino river, and commonly occurs in spring and summer. Of 30 patients, 18 were chyluria and 12 hematochyluria. As accompanying urologic disturbances, 15 had dysuria, 4 pollakiuria and 5 Pain during the urination. There were complaint of lumbago in 3 patients and general weakness in 5 patients. |
