Absorptions of the bacterial solutions in the seminal vesicles of normal and immunized guinea pigs has been observed. The solution of staphylococcus aureus (FDAP209) has been better absorbed in the seminal vesicles of normal guinea pigs than in any other genitary organs. Bacterium instillated to the seminal vesicles has first appeared in blood for 30- 60 minutes after instillations. A count of bacterium in blood got maximum in 60-120 minutes and then decreased gradually. In the immunized guinea pigs by same germ-vaccin, absorptions of these bacterium has been definitely inhibited. The above mentioned results seem to show that the seminal vesicles have a significant role as a focus of various infectious diseases.en
