| 抄録: | A case of megalo-ureter is presen t e d in a man aged 27 years. A marked dilatation of the left ureter and the absence of mechanical obstruction in the urinary pathway were the characteristic features, but there was no patulous ureteral orifice. Histological examination revealed a decreasing of ganglion cells in number at the lower end of the ureter. Plastic operation of the left ureter, to reduce its caliber by removing a long ribbon from the ureter, was performed. |
