Abstract

First I had made the fundamental studies , on the following circumstances, before the histochemical studies on phosphatase in various diseases of genitourinary organs. 1) U n iversal circumstances on phosphatase 2) Methods for histochemical de m onstration of phosphatase 3) Distribution of phosphatase in the normal gen i t o-urinary organs 4) Physiological significance of phosphatase in the genito-urinary system 5) The all sorts of literary investigation Phosphatase was especially so many included in the genito-urinary organs and by its distribution, various important physiological significances could be supposed. Therefore it seems to be very interesting subjects that we search the histochemical findings of that enzyme in various diseases .
