巨大前立腺結石症

Abstract

1. Recent studies on the subject showed sixty years old man, who had both a vesical calculus and secondary prostatic calculus of 99gm. weights being the fourth in its magnitude in this country. At the outset we wrongly diagnosed his case as an primary prostatic calculus. Judging from the radiographic appearance, the views on surgical operation and relation with chemical analysis of the vesical calculus, however, we pronounced a secondary prostatic calculus. 2. The reports presented in this paper a r e based largely on statistical observation of gigantic prostatic calcuius and it is the object to show the frequency of the prostatic calculus and its ranges.
