腎に於けるHemangioblastomaの1例

Abstract

We reported hemangioblastoma of the k i dney in woman aged 19 years which was rare in literatures. The patient had only a chief complaint of abdominal tumor and no other subjective symptom. Of course, she had neither hematuria nor urination pain. As a result of various urological examinations, she was diagnosed as doubt of solitary cyst in the right kidney and so was subjected the operation of right nephrectomy. The cyst was proved to be hemangioblastoma with low grade malignancy by its histological ', examination. It formed a great cyst which had 11cm. diameter and filled with dirty blood fluids. The remained renal parenchyma existed at the lower part like an appendage but its function was kept as almost normal conditions.
