| 抄録: | A case of primary amyloidosis of the r e nal pelvis which occurred in a 37-year-old man. His chief complaint was hematuria of one month's duration. Total nephroureterectomy was performed with tentative diagnosis of tumor of the right renal pelvis and ureter. On histological examination of the specimen amyloid deposition, cellular infiltration and bleeding in the submucosa of the renal pelvis and upper part of the ureter were observed. |
