泌尿性器疾患に於けるPhosphataseの組織化学的研究 第III篇:尿路腫瘍並に前立腺肥大症組織に於けるPhosphatase

Abstract

I studied on phosphatase histochemically in genito-urinary tumors by the method of Takamatsu-Nishi, namely about 3 cases of hypernephroma, 2 cases of renal pelvic papilloma, 14 cases of bladder tumor, 1 case of seminoma and 10 cases of prostatic hypertrophy. The results of the phosphatase re a ction were followings : 1) In the tumor cells, it was generally weak and concured not always with the original tissues. Some of malignant tumors showed a little strong reaction, especially in their nuclei. 2) In the interstitial tissues, it was generally weak or negative, but the tumors which the malignant grade or the interstitial reaction was intense and the increase of capillary blood vessels was remarkable, showed a little strong reaction. Particularly in the interstitial prstatic hypertrophy it was the strong positive reaction. 3) In the capillary blood vessels, it was positive almost usually but only in seminoma was negative. 4) In prostatic hypertrophy, it became gradually weak with the progress of the enlargement. Influences of hormone therapy were no special mentions.
