レ線陰性結石の2例

Abstract

Case 1. 51 years old, woman. She has compla i ned of the hematuria. By roentgen examinations, two red bean sized calculi were found in the right kidney, and nephrectomia dextra was performed. By the x-ray photography of the exstirpated kidney, many calculi were found in the pelvis. Case 2. 45 years old, m an. He has complained of the hematuria and the terminal miction pain. By cystoscopy, one calcolus was found in the bladder. But the shadow of it was not detected, in spite of various x-ray examinations. The calculus was proved only by pneumocontrast cystography (Takahashi-Okoshi-Schober's method). By the multiplier photometer, we could find the distinct difference of the x-ray shadows between the extracted non-opaque calculus and opaque one.
