| 抄録: | Newcillin( Penicillin V) was used orally on acut e gonorrheao f 14 younga dult men. Four plans of treatment were instituted. 7 patients were treated with 400, 00u0n i ts of Newcillini nitially and 2 00, 000u nits every six hours for fived ays. The secondg roup of 2 patientsw ere treated with 200, 00u0n its every four hours for fived ays. The third group of 3 patientsw ere treated with 400, 00u0n its every four h ours for a day. The fourth group of 2 patientsw ere treated with a solitary massived ose of 2, 400, 00u0n its for a day. 4 patientsw ere consideredt reatment failures, but the others were cured. B l oodl evels were measured respectively. There was n o untowardr eaction in all cases. |
