尿石形成の機転に関する一考察

Abstract

To study the mechanism of the formation of uri n ary calculi, some observations on the appearance of the sediments from the solution containing some organic substance (colloid) and inorganic substance (crystalloid) which are the components of the urinary calculi have been performed. The sed i ment containing crystalloid only or mere colloidal substances or even when containing both of them grow to the concrements resembling the urinary calculi, in the super-saturated solution. A part of the concrement is dissolved reversibly when the solution is diluted. Form of the sediment of crystalloid is altered according to the nature o f the solution (components of the solution) and the conditions on which sediment is formed. The formation of the concrement is not promoted at least in vitro w hen chondroitinsulphate or both chondroitinsulphate and chondrosulphatase are added in the solution. The activity of chondrosulphatase has been negative in the urine of h e a lthy men and the patients of urinary calculi.
