dc.description.abstract	The tumors of the testis accompanied with the sympathetic hydrocele are not rarely experienced, but the sympathetic hydrocele as huge as to conceal the tumor entirely has hardly been observed. Recently, we have experienced a case of 65 years old patient with seminoma which was concealed entirely by complicated sympathetic gigantic hydrocele. This hydrocele was 2, 500 gm of weight, its content included the fluids of 1, 800 cc and the tumor tissue of 500 gm of weight.	en
