| 抄録: | In a case of hydronephrosis, male, twenty three-ye a r old, we found a congenital valve in the upper part of the ureter at the operation, and could cure the hydronephrosis by valvectomy. On this disease there have so far been reported only eight cases abroad and three cas s including this case in our country. The only case in which the kidney coul d be left behind after valvectomy was reported by MacLean (1945). We announce here our experience and discuss on some points. |
