我が教室最近10ケ年間に於ける尿路結石症について

Abstract

The statistical study on urolithiasis in our clinic from 1946 to 1955 was reported in this paper. The ratio of the number of the patients with stones to the total number of the out-patients in this clinic was 3.09 per cent, and the number of the patients with stones in the lower urinary tracts was rather smaller than that of the patients with stons in upper urinary tracts before 1952. Recently, however, this ratio has been changed, although so-called typical stone wave was not recognized. Besides, the following several studies were reported in this paper : the location of stone, initial symptoms, therapy, age, sex and occupation of the patient, and chemical analysis of stones and so on. Moreover, the comparative study on the relationship between urolithiasis and rachitis was made in geographically, and the effect of vitamin D on the urolithiasis was also discussed in this paper.
