馬蹄鉄腎に併発せる腎結石の1例

Abstract

We have experienced a case of horseshoe k i d ney with renal calculus which is the first case in our clinic. This patient was a school-teacher, 30 years old male, and he had hematuria 8 months before admission without any other urological symptomes. From the result of a simple X-ray examination, a small calculus at the left side of processus transversus of third lumbar vertebra was recognized, and also horseshoe kidney was suspected from the pneumoretroperitoneum and nephrogram. Symphysectomy accompanied by a partial nephrectomy were done. He doveloped after the operation and has been very well without any urological complication up to date.
