淋菌性及び非淋菌性尿道炎に関する研究 第VI篇:非淋菌性尿道炎の治療

Abstract

318 cases with male N.G.U. was treated in the Urological Clinic of Kyoto University for five years from 1952 to 1956. The ratio of cured to the total number was as follows Pe 7.7%, CM 37.5%, AM 25%, TM 29%, TC 40%, EM 60%, sulfapreparates 11.4 % and urethralirrigation 54.4%. Among these 7 antibiotics, Pe showed especially poor result, and others also showed nearly similar result. The usefulness of urethral-irrigation following the treatment of N.G.U. was recognized compared to the chemotherapy, especially the urethral -irrigation with antibiotics solution was very effications. The sensitivity of antibiotics is mo r e important than the sorts of organism in treatment with such antibiotics as to gain high, blood level.
