| 抄録: | A case of subcutaneous rupture of left kidney is report e d. Patient, 59 years old, had fallen down from the ladd e r in 2 meters high, and had struck left abdomen. Immediately after the injury, he had been unconcious and had kept abdominal rigidity, pain and complete retention for twenty-four hours long. By catheterisation, 700cc of bloody urin was voided. It was confirm e d by nephrectomy that the left kidney had ruptured at the middle region and had divided into two parts. Thereafter, this case was a total rupture of renal parenchyma. |
