| 抄録: | The influence of several sorts of sympathomime t ic and parasympathomimetic drugs and that of the volume of injected fluid upon the absorption of chlorine by the segment of stomach were investigated for the purpose of controlling this treatment. It was observed that these drugs had little influence upon th e absorption of chlorine, though they had an effect on the secretion of gastric juice. When the segment of stomach was filled with larg e amount of fluid, the absorption of chlorine did not increase but rather decreased. There-fore the absorption of chlo r ine will not increase if inner pressure of the gastric pouch becomes high. |
